Very Big Trouble! Help Please!

Hi guys, my Redmi Note 3 PRO (internation edition) is not charging anymore! When I plug in the usb cable there are no reactions (neither the notification led is turning on). After trying different cables and chargers, I went to fix shop, they changed the USB dock, but nothing changed. He said the battery is good (he tried charging it with an external charger). So what can I do more? Motherboard?

If you did nothing new with software on phone, must be a hardware problem, and before motherboard Can be a problem with the USB port, I guess!

Yes, it is for sure an hardware problem, but the USB dock is already changed

I fixed it!!! I removed a security diode that it probably burned!
