Video ringtones?? where are they

So anyway i have downloaded a video - metal gear solid ringtone video and am trying to attach it to calls

So far i have gone up and down the miui interface - i'm running the latest

If there is no video ringtone implemented thats pretty piss poor, as i had the option since 2002 with my 3G phone back in the day
