New Vince 9.10.10 No global search when I swipe up from the home button.

Redmi 5 Plus (Vince), ROM Miui 11 9.10.10 by xiaomi.eu. When I swipe up from the home button, nothing happens, it does not launch the global search app. Although on 9.9.26 it did and everything was great. If possible, fix it please. Thanks!
