Virtual device into Google Play store

Hi gals, anyone have noticed that the MIUI Rom create some kind of virtual device or something else into Google Play store like in my case from ever?!
Why this happen and is our data (Google account, GPay data with credit cards ecc..) safe?

My device is Xiaomi Mi 9 SE but there was always some another Xiaomi device....?
