vowifi in xiaomi.eu ROMS

Hi! Is there a way to have vowifi on xiaomi.eu roms? In EEA ROM vowifi is available aftel disabling carrier check, but not on any xiaomi.eu
Rocking poco f2 pro on Vodafone Romania. Thanks in advance!

as you see the pic below, vowifi is available on digi romania.. it's your network or your sim card

I guess it's the network then. Wonder what's the difference between the two roms regarding vowifi
