New WakeLock from accessibility service(not waking bug)

Device: Desire HD
Miui build: RD Miui(derived from miui 2.5.25)

Problem: Accessibility service seems to be unable to wake the device(as with older versions)

Other events fire like they should, and after forceably installing through usb debugging does it work untill next boot.

Reproducible: App Notifywake wakes the device as such. Simply install, enable through accessibility, then when a notification fires, the device should wake. You can check the toast notifies to be sure something was fired.

Delete, i found a way around. It seems to need a new instance of power manager each event trigger.
