New Weekly K20 pro absolute volume toggle doesn't work

I was using a non-MIUIrom for a while when I bought my new head unit for my car. The sound was low on Bluetooth and I found out that turning on disable absolute volume toggle in dev options is what I needed to do. Then 3 weeks ago I decided to use MIUI EU rom and installed the latest weekly version (it should be 19-11-20). Then when I got 26-11-20 update volume of the head unit went back to the level when I first bought it and I couldn't fix it by turning on or off the disable absolute volume toggle. I also tried repairing and restarting devices after a change of settings. So I think there is a bug that makes disable absolute volume toggle non-functional. Is there anyone else that has the same or similar problem?
