But actually I'm totally confused what the correct (code) name of this model is and what images I can flash.
Is it the same as 4x or Qualcom?

Looks like the MTK version. Pretty sure Prime is just a selling argument. I'd say you have the Nikel one. Wait for confirmation if you want.
