My Sennheiser MTW4 product has an issue with audio when making calls using WhatsApp. When I start a call, I receive a notification, but once it starts ringing, there is no sound. Similarly, when the call connects to the intended WhatsApp number, there is no sound at all in the earphones.
For other conditions, such as listening to music on Spotify, watching YouTube, and other activities, the audio functions normally.
