where did Auxiliary Functions go?

I can't find Auxiliary Functions anywhere, despite it being mentioned in the detailed instruction guide. Does anyone know how to find this?

I believe that refers to the SuperMarket apk, which only works in China, and isn't translatable due to its pulling from Chinese XML sources.
