Where Is New Fonction In Weekly Release ?

There is something I did not understand about Xiaomi. eu and MIUI in general.

We agree that all the features appearing in Weekly Version appear in Stable versions?

Because at the moment, I'm on MIUI 9.2, Mi 5X, but I still don't have the function of face unlock , Split screen gestures for example...

Many Fonctions appeared in MIUI 9.0 weekly but is not in stable version . So , I don't understand

Stable has to stay stable..
