Why apps send information to Google

Sorry for my English. I recently installed firewall app. So I noticed that almost every minute some miui applications send information to different servers. And what's most interesting they are the gallery (10083) and app 1000 (screen recording is a part of the app). I'm not talking about the fact that kernel tries to send information every few seconds.
