Why I cannot move music from pc to Mi 11 through a USB cable?

My phone is Mi11 with miui 13, Because I want to copy some mp3 music from pc to Mi 11, I used an usb cable to link up Mi 11 and PC Windows11, even I did it one by one and have selected MTP from the phone, the transfer of music cannot be done, But the transfer via bluetooth was successful , Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Use file transfer rather than mtp on the USB selection when you connect

When I plug the USB Type C cable which connects the phone and the computer into the phone, there are three options displayed on the phone, the first option is charging only, the second option is transfer file (MTP), and the third option is transfer Photos (PTP), actually, I have selected the option of transfer files. but still could not transfer even only one 14M mp3

We still don't know what "couldn't transfer the file" means.

PC shows phone storage?
what happens when you try to transfer/copy a file from phone to PC or vice versa?
Have you tried transferring files other than mp3?
Have you tried a different USB cable or USB port?

Workaround if you want, if the phone and pc are on the same network (wifi) I use the file manager and start ftp. Just a thought.
