Why OTA isnt working for me?

Im kind of confused...OTA isnt working for me, but why?
I go to About phone -> System updates -> Check for updates
it says im updated..even tough im on 3.5.31, which isnt the latest build of course.

OTA didn't prompt me to install the 3.7.5 release. I'm on 3.6.28, anyone else? Updater still says I'm on the latest version!

Same problem, I have now the 3.7.26, I Know that last Friday was release the 3.8.2. Now it is 3 days from the release. Is it possible that it is not yet available by ota?

Yes, I know, usually I update via file taken from this web site, but I know that there is the possibility to update via ota, and I would like to try onece at least.
So, is it only my ota that does not work, or there is problem outside of my terminal?
