Hi, when I connect my bluetooth earphones, there is no sound. The only way to "fix" that is changing the bluetooth codec in developer options to another one and changing again to the previous one. This bug happens in the last weekly.
Have you tried to connect these earphones with another device to see if the problem occurs from your phone or from your earphones.

I've connected this earphones to the same device but with oficial global version rom and there is no problems with bluetooth
I have the same problem. It helps only manually disconnect and connect the bluetooth DAC. You have to do this every time you start any of the programs (players, YouTube, Google Music).
I have the same problem. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 (MIUI 12) and Sony WH-1000XM4. But my "fix" is not using developer options. I just go to bluetooth options for headphones, the switch off and switch on "LDAC Codec" slider. I also looking for solution
