New Widevine not working 9.8.29 (K20 Pro)

Hello,
I would like to report a problem on K20 Pro with our fresh update. When I try to download certificate for L1, I get pop-up message "Couldn't download certificate. Error code - 10009.".
Logs with "widevine" search word after clicking download in attached files.

U don't "use" widevine. It's a CDM for content that is protected by the DRM f.ex. Netflix. It allows u to play this content in HD resolution.
Newest update featured this certification for China based models, because they lack it, but as u can see I reported that it doesn't work.
We need to wait for fix

Info for devs - I tried:
- dirty flash,
- clean flash,
- full data wipe (with encryption),
- changing type of screen lock.
And unfortunately none of these attempts resolved the issue :/

Donwloading the certificate also doesn't work on my Mi9, but I do have Netflix on HD altought I can't donwload the app from Play Store.

I have the same issue. Clean install.
"Couldn't download certificate. Error code - 10009."

However, my device is the Indian variant. I had L1 before.
