Just wondering how this works. I am about to buy a phone that is in the funded list. I am happy to pay the price to install it. However I am wondering if this will be the case everytime there is an update / security update to the phone. Will I have to pay $10 a month to continue getting updates?xiaomi.eu
here is the answerThe xiaomi.eu patreon currently offers only the option to pay €10/month but will there be more options like one for a single device that is a little less?
yes it is true the price is high and you have to total 120$ for year that means we can buy another phone, they don't have mercy and also these developers are not respectful at all.The xiaomi.eu patreon currently offers only the option to pay €10/month but will there be more options like one for a single device that is a little less?
Don't tell nonsense. Instead try to read. You don't have to subscribe a full year. You can pay for a month, unsubscribe and subscribe later again, if you want.yes it is true the price is high and you have to total 120$ for year that means we can buy another phone, they don't have mercy and also these developers are not respectful at all.
What nonsense are you talking about. If you want xiaomi.eu ROM for free, don't buy a device with MediaTek SoC.yes it is true the price is high and you have to total 120$ for year that means we can buy another phone, they don't have mercy and also these developers are not respectful at all.
Then don't subscribe if you can't afford it.yes it is true the price is high and you have to total 120$ for year that means we can buy another phone, they don't have mercy and also these developers are not respectful at all.
now you are not even giving me chance to buy blocking me, it's fine blame as much as you want but i will keep recommending this roms to everyone because you guys deserve it, if there is referral program i am the one who is firstThen don't subscribe if you can't afford it.
Without the Patreon, ROM by us wouldn't exist for any MTK, and then you wouldn't even have anything to complain about.
Also, by your username I guess that you're the guy who's been spamming my private email and trying to emotionally extort me with AI-written sob stories.
Unfortunately for you, manipulation doesn't work on me.
you told that it is better to have non mediatek device to get roms free i already used 3 roms now i bought MediaTek device if knew it i will not buy it first of allWhat nonsense are you talking about. If you want xiaomi.eu ROM for free, don't buy a device with MediaTek SoC.
The rules for providing xiaomi.eu ROM are clearly stated on this forum.
You are the one who should adapt, not the xiaomi.eu ROM developers.
in our country 10 usd means a lot to us with current ongoing disastersWhat nonsense are you talking about. If you want xiaomi.eu ROM for free, don't buy a device with MediaTek SoC.

According to a user, our ROM for it didn't boot, and after a few boot attempts the device bricked itself.Hi Everyone! Before subscribing I'd like to be sure it does make sense for me at all. I'm about purchasing a POCO X7 PRO device (firmware codename Rodin) and would like to have xiaomi EU ROM on it. At the moment I can't see such a ROM available (unless I'm mistakes sg...) Would you be so kind as to confirm (or deny) that this device (ROM) is/will also be supported by you? Many thx in advance for your reply!
Thank you for your explanation. Does it mean practically that POCO X7 PRO is not going to be supported by you at all in the long run? So if I want EU ROM on my device, I have to choose another model...According to a user, our ROM for it didn't boot, and after a few boot attempts the device bricked itself.
Don't know what happened there, this is not a typical case and I don't have that device to investigate, but I removed support for it, don't need any more bricks on my conscience.
That's what it means unless someone wants to take the risk to try to get logs for us during boot.Thank you for your explanation. Does it mean practically that POCO X7 PRO is not going to be supported by you at all in the long run? So if I want EU ROM on my device, I have to choose another model...
This is the most sensible way to get xiaomi.eu ROM.So if I want EU ROM on my device, I have to choose another model...
At least for now, Snapdragon devices don't just hard-brick themselves because of failed boot attempts...This is the most sensible way to get xiaomi.eu ROM.
