I am not sure what is the real meaning of your question. As long as there is a ROM for your device, you can follow the instructions in the first post of this ROM thread to install it.

Maybe you can clarify the specific challenge you have in mind ?

Let me clarify my question, i want to install Xiaomi.eu rom using fastboot (not TWRP), currently my phone is using MIUI 14.0.9.0 TKFEUXM, but on the threads i could find they only show how to install Xiaomi.eu rom from the Chinese MIUI.
