Xiaomi headphones.....fake?

My dad just returned from a trip to china with a pair of xiaomi headphones for me. I'm certain they're not pistons. I wasn't able to get any references to them other than sites selling them.

They are branded with the Xiaomi logo. I was wondering if they were official Xiaomi headphones. If not, why do they have the Xiaomi logo, are they fakes?
