Hello Super noob here
So I already bought this phone last year, noticed that sometimes that SIM1 (Roaming) would take an airplane mode on/off after starting the phone but it was ok I guess. SIM2 is the local phone / data
After I installed this version 12.1.4.0 I simply cannot get service on this SIM no matter what. I know the SIM1 is detected, I can switch it on/off, I can manually browse for networks but they show forbidden for either GSM, 3G and 4G. I would assume this is a problem with the ROM. I have tried to follow the procedures to install the EU Rom but maybe not enough time has passed and it was not authorized yet? I've seen a lot of places where people mention hours or days but I still failed to see this info. Would be nice to to know if I'm doing something wrong .
On version 5 I get a 10004 error
On version 4 I get Account application are query failed. Please try again later
From what I understand with the log is maybe some geographical issue with my problem. I would very much like to install other ROM but not possible without unlocking it.
