xiaomi MI-2 what languages

Is there also a dutch language in the Xiaomi MI2?
Or do i need to download it somewhere or how it works
can anybody give me advice plz

1) Open Updater.apk
2) Select "Menu" (bottom left button)
3) Find "Select Installation Pack"
4) Find ROM on phone.
5) Backup (Using MIUI Backup)
6) Apply Update
7) Reboot
