Hello, I have bought the robot vacuum cleanear Xiaomi S10+, but I have strange issue with the ramps, which I cannot understand.
In below picutre, you can see a ramp for our bedroom. The robot is going down without any problem, cleaning the room and then going UP without any problem. All is fine here.
In below picture, you can see a ramp, which is going into another room. Here the robot do not climb. It stays but do not even try climbing, it is saying "please remove all obstacles". This is very strange for me, because this ramp is even less steep compared to our ramp in the bedroom, but the robot is not even trying to climb up, however it is climbing the ramp in the bedroom once it is in the room. This doesnt make sense to me. I tried to make new map several times, but it is not climbing up the below ramp. I even tried to change and produce a new ramp without success. Anyone can help how this can be solved?
