Xiaomi Router 3g

i buy Xiaomi Router 3G on Gearbest. Now sometimes on a day i have disconnects from WWW. I ping

google.de

/t and the Reply came from my Router 192.168.31.1. What ist this??? On normale circumstances the ping must tell me, that the package is dropped.

One minute later i ping on

google.de

an then the reply came from 172.217.23.131. This is the right IP adress.

Please help me...
