Ive bought 2 xiaomi13t.both of them have this weird scrolling issue,when i scroll,it feels like it finds an obstacle and bounces back.its quite jerky.its like it has some minor "ups and downs" in the point it finds the obstacle,like it jumps and the line that it finds the obstacle,looks like its pulsating,in a way.its on both phones so i doubt its a hardware problem,so any1 else has the same,or found a solution .its worst on some apps like google play reddit and viber.it doesnt affect so much web browsing
