You can't flash this ROM because your bootloader is locked. You'll have to go through Xiaomi's unlocking process.

I can use the Henessy rom for the Redmi Note 3 Pro version to right.
And using this guide http://en.miui.com/thread-208490-1-1.html to flash it instant, instead of waithing for a code?
My device is virgo (Mi Note)
Current rom is 5.12.11 from here.
1st of instruction for update from 4.4 to 6.0 is "Install 5.12.17 2x via Updater" to merge system partitions.
My question is
1. I followed link of 5.12.17 and found it's for cancro. So can i install it on virgo?
2. "5.12.17 2x" What does 2x mean?

I tried to do a clean install because of micro-lags, poor audio quality and generally because of leftover files etc.
But no luck flashing 6.1.28 on my mi3 with twrp (wiped cache, dalvick, data and system). There is an error executing the updater script (failed to extract from "recovery" to "system"). Advice: don't wipe system (could be the thing that broke my installation)
I'm off to try some custom roms, will come back if the problems with 6.0 sort out.

having just received the unlock bootloader permission, which i have posted about on the forum already, i was in the position of having an almost non-functioning phone. i have managed to sort it out using a backup i had. i am on official rom miui_MI4c_5.12.31_5d6537a0b8_5.1.zip. i would like to update but am unsure as to how to go from an official to an unofficial rom. do i use TWRP to achieve this or go via the phones updater? how do i stop official updates getting on the phone now? will any official rom now re-lock the bootloader?

I already downloaded weekly rom in first post. But guide in second post, first step is "Install 5.12.17 2x" that I don't understand.
