I have read the article over TWRP but I have not unterstand. I have update my own RN2 over the update tool from sdcard. I have installed 5.11.xx and then every friday. Now the new RN2 for my wife, can I install the last Version over same way (update over ZIP file from sdcard)?

I have read the New Version has a new partion table. Can I install the New version from sdcard. Thanks for help.

Hello, I installed this weekly room cleaning all, with all wipes and formatting data.

I have a problem with the coverage of data. Every time I lose the coverage or disconnect form Wi-Fi, it becomes a lot of time getting ready the data. Spends a lot of time to get ready for internet (minutes). The only solution I find is put on the plane mode and take out from the plane mode...then it works fast.

Does anybody have this issue?? Someone can give me a solution to fix this problem??

You do before a scan with antivirus as 360, then wipe data, and share with the new ROM

Yes, thanks. But BMW Connected Drive works with USB or snap-in adapter. Normally you can use some of the apps (Spotify, Deezer, Email, News, Twitter, I-Net Radio) in the integrated system.
Android Connected Drive App is a little less complex than IOS. But unfortunately it doesn't connect. Maybe a problem of the BMW App.

Yes, for Android devices in my car (BMW) it is clearly indicated no APPS with Bluetooh
only with the ANDROID SNAP model only

of course bluetooh works fine with any audio & video player
 
So I try to write here all the bugs in Mi4, with weekly 6.1.29:
- bluetooth unstable connection
- whatsapp web do not work
- Dropbox can't connect
- greenify has problems
- bluetooth battery drain
- casual reboot of the system
- mail system app sometimes open new mails without showing the content
- sometimes WiFi do not reconnect after sleep

Other things that I forgot?

Therefore the question is about USB connection, which is not working with Mi4W but with Samsung Edge.
Bluetooth is working.

No one have problems with whatsapp web? I try to scan the code but the telephone scan nothing.

It is not a BMW problem and it is not an Android problem. I tried other phones.
A HTC One for example connects immediately without any problem. In my opineon it has something to do with MIUI or Xiaomi. May be a missing driver or a setting in MIUI? I can't find it

Hi all,

I have a big big problem and I hope I have not brick my new RN2. The installed ROM was the release 66.77.33.00 LHMCNCH.

I have write here a question if there is a problem to update directly to the current release 6.1.28/29.

Stefano131270 writes there is no problem with the update. I have downloaded the hermes release 6.1.21 (I have downloaded while the ROM file was larger) and moved to the root directory / renamed to update.zip. After restart i boot in the fastboot and update the ROM.

After the update i cant update to the current release. I have always the error "update.zip signature verification failed".

OK, now my failed solution. I have read in another forum that i must install the costumer ROM from Decuro (5.11.xx). The installation works but after reboot I have errors that not some process can not start (phone etc.). The error message back again when i have confirm it.

The fastboot is locked too..... Please help me, I will only the xiaomi.eu ROM.

Can me help some one please. Please write me the steps what i must do and the URL for articels / downloads.

Cool, what's new? Casual bug fixes?
Also, how can I access Google Play Services settings? Earlier I could find it using built-in search, but not on 6.0.. And some app sometimes have pop-ups about allowing certain permissions, this is new Marshmallow feature, as I recall - any chance I can manually access this "permission center"?
