MULTI 6.5.26 - Last Miui 7!

After upgrading to LP I've experienced that the phone gets hotter and that echo cancellation, when using speakerphone calls, is not perfect (echo is not 100% cancelled).
I've downgraded back to KK because I always use speakerphone when calling.
Does anyone know why Xiaomi is only releasing LP for the 2GB Redmi? Does LP consume more memory?

Guys i am using 6.5.12 rom from this section of the forum. How should i approah the update to this version? With full wipe or i can just install it via twrp and wipe cache( and save myself the hastle to reinstall aps and new nandbackup)
6.5.12 is just two updates ago. So flash via twrp (or updater) and wipe cache and dalvik cache.

I just installed "TWRP_2.8.7.0_MergedPartitions.img". It seem to run fine. i'm downloading the ROM again and will test an update. I'll edit the message to report success or fail.
[EDIT] So, it failed. I copied the ROM to the sdcard, then rebooted in recovery, mounted internal sdcard and select the zip. The update start and say that the file is corrupted.
I reverted to the last TWRP version (grabbed in the last ROM zip file, located at /recovery/twrp.img). Rebooted in recovery again and copied the ROM in the "sdcard" foled in the root of the filesystem. The install start but say the zip file is corrupted.

[EDIT] The md5sum of the file doesn't match, the file size too. I downloaded the rom from androidfilehost, french mirror. So my issue should be fixed with a good rom, and if not, well, I'll use fastboot to make a new install. Thanks.

Didn't noticed more memory consumption then on kitkat.
About higher temperatures, agree with you it's more hotter when playing games.
Tried stable and weekly, same issues with temperatures.
What procedure to downgrade to kiktkat, I'm might be interested cause camera isn't good.

Thx for your help and after fixing one bootloop, now I have Mi-tools (well it's really Mi desktop toolbox) and now I am able to install third party fonts on my Redmi Note 2 Prime.It works bro. Use frmwork exposed v83 & xposed apk installer v3. Enjoy.

From the security app, select the lower right icon -> settings. Disable the checkbox there.
You can also grant the messenger full rights, but I don't recall the menus you should visit.

- Weekly rom is 6.5.26 , is it global or china
- 2. The stable is 7.3.2, i can't see change log for stable release for kenzo
- For stable why it is LHOCNDD...this means it is china ROM modified by your team
- Last is is the battery better than original miui?
