Hello !!! Unlock the bootloader officially by Xiaomi sms with the Chinese official , it was stable for that. Everything OK , you look through fastboot oem device-info and put TRUE. I installed the TWRP and the last week of xiaomi.eu , the Miui8 v6.7.7 beta . The Rom going very well, but has given me to look at the bootloader and now I get closed (FALSE ) Does installing this rom closes the boot loader again?
If I upgrade the phone brick?
I have Redmi 3 PRO.

Not so normal that it isn't going to deep sleep. Can you post Screenshots of "battery use" of apps and hardware. Also if you are using cpu spy, go to menu, click on "wake locks" and make screenshot of it.

Wiped cache and Dalvik in twrp, it now enter in deep sleep finally! It's the last time I update through the update app, I'll always update from twrp and I'll wipe cache and Dalvik after that!

Glad it helped. Btw seems your device had issue with usb connection. It thought that you have connected your device to usb so it didn't want to go into deep sleep.

I'd say flash and then wipe dache and dalvik via TWRP.

why i cant assign button headphone on this version of HM3? when i try to push the button on my headphone, that cant recognize. my headphone still cant vol up or down.
i did wipe data, dalvic and cache. but doesnt affected.

nope.. you have 6.7.5 Global rom available.. not chinese.. our roms are based on chinese roms only... so use Global...

You can change location with FasterGps, it will modify file by your preference. You can change region and country.
