i've internet connection. i tried in severl PC...nothing...allways show Сouldn`t verify device.

What you should do after received the approval SMS?
1) Settings---> About phone---> MIUI Version (Tap on it to enable developer option).
2) Settings---> Additional settings---> Developer option and bind your approved Mi account under Mi Unlock Status. This works on latestChina & Global Stable and Developer ROM. For those who don't see this option please check out next tutorial and unlock in Developer ROM
3. Log into the Mi account which has acquired unlocking permission on your device

I installed the new version 6.12.29 And the problem has been fixed.

When i try to login on unlock status menu show one message with"-1.. chinese charaters" and didnt worked. My account is able to unlock...I dont understand what is wrong...

Read turorial once again from start, maybe you missed something.. Try to put cable in different USB slot and reboot PC pr maybe you have a driver problem after all. Try to install/reinstall MiFlash to get all drivers you need..

How are these latest versions working with Redmi 2 Prime? The last time I tried Lollipop with R2P was a couple of months ago with MIUI 8.0.2.0 and it was laggy (oh, and now that I remember, there was an annoying bug in which I had to do something to a Documents app in order to use the SD card)... Has it improved?

You need to unlock your bootloader. Apply for unlock first... enable Developer Mode on your devices, enable "OEM Unlock" on Developer Options. Make sure your device listed on i.mi.com.
The real problem is, when you apply for unlock and you use "template". Your application will rejected.
The other problem, your device ROM is tempered or using unofficial ROM e.g. distributor ROM. If you encountered this problem, try to clean flash your device on MiFlash using latest Fastboot China Developer ROM. After that, try the process on the 1st paragraph.
