Check that the Baseband Version is a valid number - this is often the cause of these symptoms.

Hi,

That is the same Baseband Version as I am using, and both my SIM's are working correctly.
I dirty flashed this version as well, so I don't think that is the issue. I had some grief with a recent weekly update (not sure if it was Nougat or MM), with the loss of the Baseband Version. Maybe worth checking that the second IMEI is there, that could be the cause.

If not, I am out of ideas, sorry.

Are you using super su? If so double check that you run at least version 2.79.
