Previous TWRP 3.0.2.0-rc2-eu doesn't work anymore because screen gets frozen.
Worked perfect until last weekly update.
How knows what to do?
I tried to start from updater app into recovery and then nothing further happens as the screen becomes frozen.

Try with button combination to reboot into recovery. Maybe install newer TWRP from here: https://eu.dl.twrp.me/lithium/

Wonderful ROM

I just have one question... Why doesn't my USB DAC (Fiio Q1) work with these N ROMs.

It used to work normally with MM based ROMs (using default Music app and HibyMusic)

I tried everything people suggested (such as entering developer mode and changing USB settings), and my USB type C OTG cable works (tried with friend's OPO 3T).

Anyone?

There is also a bug related to the official smart cover for the mi5s, where the things that are shown are too big for the screen. Also it is weird that it is not like on MM build, where the hour was more "squared", I do not know if this should be like this now. I attach the actual smart cover, images are not cut. However, alarm closing, phone answering, etc is working well.

Sorry for terrible English.

Come from xiaomi.eu 7.4.27 and update to 7.6.8. After update Mi5s Plus is slow and only SIM 1 is possible.
Then update to 7.6.15 and SIM 1 und 2 come back, all things works fine.
Then I go to recovery and flash SUPER SU,
After reboot only SIM1 , no setup for SIM Cards avaible, no DATA with SIM 1 , only phone possible.
I found only for SIM 1 the IMEI , second IMEI was empty.
Next step: i make system reset, same bad result.
Next step: TWRP backup restore, back to 7.4.27 , success, IMEI for SIM 1 and 2 correct

Any ideas? Where is my error?

UPDATE:
New day ,new luck.

Download the new 7.6.15 file from this morning.
Update TWRP to 3.1.1.
Wipe data,cache and dalvik
Install 7.6.15 image .
Restart, SIM1 and 2 works fine.
I'm happy.

Updated my Mi 5C from 7.5.25.
So far no problems.

As far as I see, not a lot of people seem to use the MI5C here.

BTW: There is a bug report now regarding the engineering mode: http://en.miui.com/thread-621260-1-1.html

Root is working:
1. Backup!
2. Boot to TWRP (mine is v3.1.0.0)
4. Flash Magisk v9.zip (not v12 which gets you to fastboot mode)
5. Flash phh-superuser-magisk-r266.zip
6. Reboot
7. Install Magisk Manager and phhs superuser from Playstore or APK-File.

It is safe to update Magisk from Magisk Manager to v12.

Thanks for your support. Reboot in recovery has always the same result. The TWRP version I´m using since May (was new for MIU8.3 7.5.11) doesn´t work anymore (frozen display). The newer TWRP from suggested page isn´t possible to install with my current used MIU8.6 7.6.8/10. from last week.

What is the problem for you with the great 5x3 toggles layout? You can have option for using more toggles in same area, is this the problem?

Yeah, i used the 4x3 toggle design for over a year, so I got pretty used to it, and now it feels weird... Not to mention the fact that i keep pressing the wrong one all the times :c

You will get used to the new layout as you got used to the old one
