Mi Home Push Notifications

Hi , I have some problem on push notifications with mi home app.

They simply doesnt work.

I have a mi5 with miui9 global stable and mi home 5.0.19

What can I try?
 
Yes, I ve installed an old version. And then it works. Then i ve update from inside app, and fortunately, it works!!

It happens to me with my Samsung S5. If I change server and turn back to Chinese one, it works during a short time, but at the end it stops again.

Any suggestion?

I also have issues with notifications from my Dafang camera. First they stopped when I am connected to my mobile internet and were working only when I was connected to WiFi. And now they do not work at all.
1. I tried to change the region from China to Europe and then back to China. It solved the problem temporarily.
2. I downgraded Mi Home to 5.1.16. After this I received only 1 notification and then nothing at all.
Any other ideas what can be done?
 
I tried also turning off Wi-Fi to get data mobile, getting notifications during a while the firsts times. At the end, again without notifications. I'm so fustrated :(

Yesterday I installed Mi Home 5.1.24. For a certain time there were no notifications. In the late afternoon I started to receive them, but only when I am connected to Wi-Fi.

Yes I'm with you on this one. Can take hours before I get a notification making the system useless
 
Hey guys,

One more reporting the same. Was working fine some weeks ago just stopped working. Switching between servers does the trick for me, but after a while jumps in the same state - no push notifications.

Xiaomi support needs to take care of this asap! Does anyone know the exact channels mails people is using to provide feedback?
 
Unfortunately, as far as I know, my Dafang camera is only intended to be used in China and it is working only with the Chinese server. I do not think that they will feel obliged to solve this problem in case it only persist for international users (I am not sure if users in China have the same issues).
 
Its not only push, geofencing quit working as well with the update (on Chinese server that is)

Will maybe work again on a different server (European for me), but then I can’t add any of my 7 devices because they’re not support in the other regions,...so basically we bought something that worked and they remotely limited it now...

I'm using the Aqara Gateway Camera
 
I'm still at the very beginning, waiting a solution for the push notifications. Xiaomi should fix it or explain how to do it by ourselves. So frustrated with this shop I bought last week. Without notifications in my case there's no way to use as security system

- loggin out form mihome
- disable localization in permission settings for mihome app
- relog in mihome

Easter miracle happened today. I suddenly started receiving notifications while connected to mobile internet. Hope that this issues is fixed already!
