You can do whatever you want, there is no problem on this model. Currently, only Redmi Note 5 Pro users have a problem.

Obviously, the accented a is treated differently from a normal a. As for T9, whether this is a bug or not, depends on your viewpoint. If you consider a and á the same letter and want the phone to do that, too, simply type in the name as "Tamas" instead of "Tamás", and it will work. If you don't consider them the same letter, then why should your phone?

Sorry, but this isn't the right way to solve this problem. The global rom works this way, but if you read the list of the added features of the xiaomi.eu rom here, you can see the Added EU T9 dialer support line. These guys recognized the problem of accented european letters and made a solution for all of us (big thanks for that). And this feature was working in miui8 and in miui9, but no more with this first release of miui10@santoni. I hope, this function will work again in the next release, I use it very often – and no, I don't want to rename all of my accented contacts' names .

Logically-speaking, they should. However, most users asked the HW keys to remain usable while FSG are active, so we re-enabled them.

Thanks for ROM, I have a question, in Mi5s 8.7.12 v2 when i get group notification on Telegram, in icon show 2 massages, only in group chat, in other chats all ok

On all versions of miui 10, a problem with double notifications. One message comes, and on the application icon is number 2 and the notification sound sounds twice. Can this be fixed?

I personally tested this matter, and when implemented according to Android standards, double-sound/vibration never happens.

Can't confirm this, working fast and great on my device.

It looks like not MIUI is laggy but the app OpenVPN makes MIUI laggy. I removed the app a couple of hours ago and till now it's really fast!
