No. You're moving from Miui 9 to Miui 10 so you have to do a clean flash with all the wipes.

If you initially install xiaomi.eu for the first time, you have to Format and wipe everything before, so you loose your apps and data.
When you then install just the update, you don't loose anything of your data.

I did make a Fastboot of the China Oficial ROM, then, I TWRP the EU rom, everything is working Fine, except the Text Message, I did have this problem with the Max 2, But I do not remember how I did fix it. somebody know a Solution

Sorry to Everybody, I did not Read the post, the problem was already report, I Hope we find a solution, BUT the fast solution, are a few, all work well. Install FB Messenger, and this replace the Text APP, or simple download a Google Text Message APP there are about 3, and they are more Text Message APP in the Store, to replace this one, thats fix the problem Complete.
