Its ok, but if china repair issue with sms base bug, can You release one more roms(last) for all eol phones?

I very much disagree. It's a pretty big issues on the MI 8 and it would probably improve network handover on all devices.

Just go on a long drive in your car while streaming music or something, then make the same drive with network mode set to something sensible like LTE/WCDMA/GSM.
Compare cell reception history in battery stats.

Yeah it also seems like the stock local wallpapers aren't available anymore wih 9.1.3

leider auch bei mir Die Wetter-App ist die schlechteste, die ich bisher hatte. Netzwerkverbindung konnte nicht aufgebaut werden, das sind schon Monate, nur schlecht und es wird nichts unternommen

Technically probably YES. But it will drain battery very fast. LCD screens need to have full backlight on to show something. Especially black screen mean that You are using lot energy to block backlight. Amoled screens dont have backlight, they can turn on and off single pixels so only pixels that showing something are on, and 99% of screen is off.

Why would *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* work? Isn't it intended for devices with Camera2 API?

Because enabling Camera2API was trivial on MIUI 9 Mido releases and *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* was working flawless ?
Xiaomi broke Camera2Api support with MIUI 10 on Mido. I don't think they'll ever fix it again.

But like koni82 said unless you have an AMOLED device it'll murder your battery.

We still support Redmi 4X along with all Android 7.1 devices. There are only 3 devices on Android 7.0 (MIMAX, MIMAXPro and HMNote4X).

NIkel here. Total disappointment

I think nikel si dead. As i sayd for roms 8.11.29 and 8.12.6. NOTIFICATIONS ARE SCREWED: no more musicplayer control on lock screen, no more runtastic activities on lock screen, only netflix and the beta version of poweramp are able to show persistent notifications with controls of the player.
In these conditions the phone is pretty useless....

Stock calendar app is BUGGED, it doesn't show status bar. it's all black, the same in the aforementioned roms. I started a thread in the bugs section of the forum and i was totally ignored.

Clean install doesn't fix this enormous problem.

The default theme in this rom is ugly as hell, icons are poor and inconsistent. Is a big step backward... I think ill'stay with 8.8.30 till i will use this phone.

Please, put nikel on EOL if the newer roms only worse this fantastic terminal.
