I want to downgrade my phone to something that works well.

I think I have read that 9.7.11 cannot be downgraded without losing data. Is this correct?

If not which version should I downgrade to?

Yes 9.7.11 cannot ve downgraded, 9.7.4 donwgraded but not good as 9.6.26 for mi 8

I had no problems with 9.7.4 used it 7 days then flashed 9.7.11 on friday,
yesterday I had two times this black screen with my Mi8, till there all was fine.

then I did re-install 9.7.11 again (wiped cache, cache&dalvik and system)
and since there, all is fine again.

so lets home xiaomi will fix it soon

I've got a Mi9 on Cricket Wireless, and although they do disable it for BYOD's, I was able to get a support rep to re-enable it.
Got a text message that VoWIFI had been enabled on my account, yet for some reason, my phone is not able to use it.
Already used the *# dialer codes to disable and re-enable the check for VoWIFI, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Still no Voice over Wifi.

No, it's not. I compared the two, no issues were found. Also, MAX 3's APK works fine on my Mi 6.

After you've downloaded the Google dialer, you need to give it all rights. Also, to make changes to the system. On the other hand, you have to deprive the Xiaomi dialer of all rights. At least that's the way it worked for me.

1. Front camera doesn't work.
2. I have friezes (black screen lock, device does not respond, phantom overlays). To fix it - Disable HW overlays in Developer options.

Since the OTA is suspended, I instaled the ROM on my Redmi 4X (HM4X/santoni) by downloading zip/md5 and selecting the zip via updater - all went well, so far so good.

However, I noticed two missing features:
1. Notifications lights colours setup.

2. Double tap on lockscreen to lock (turn off screen when locked).
I'm not sure if it was removed by design due to some errors/issues or it may be my device.
Anybody else can confirm those options are missing or not?

1. Might have been removed, not sure.
2. It's now officially available in MIUI as "Double tap to wake or turn off screen". Can't be toggled separately anymore.
