Can't post second video to Instagram stories. First video of 15 seconds gets uploaded but next videos (if while video is longer than 15 sec) are getting error and are impossible to post.

Can't do that, I'm not going to try to redesign the whole app just to add a warning. You assume that it's really simple, when it's far from it.
You should read this part: https://developer.android.com/studio/build/shrink-code#obfuscate
If you're so savvy, you should know how to replace a system app by TWRP manually or making a flashable ZIP.
You should also know what prop to disable to turn off MIUI optimization using root, that will set Google Package Manager and Permission Controller as default.
Our ROMs are meant for the general public, not just for tinkerers.

@Igor Eisberg its weird because I try now to install the previous version v1.6 of Urnyx05 and it was installed without any error...
But that latest v1.7 comes with an error...While you and rhe other can install it without a problem....So it means both the phone(because i can install previous builds), the rom and the apk(because you and others can install it) itself is not the problem lol..
really dont know the reason behind...
maybe i will just wait for the next build of that app and try again..
i will just stick for now to the previous build since its working, will not update to latest... Thank You again...

no...clean install..i uninstall the previous one before installing the new one...i will try now updating again without uninstalling the previous one..

edit: no luck...same error

Nope, I installed it without resigning.
There could be something different with the ZIP Archive libs on you device. Either way, the modder of the APK should have used proper tools to pack, zipalign and sign the APK for maximum cross-device compatibility...
