Hi,

I've been translating Xiaomi.eu roms to Finnish language a while now (since MIUI 8) but I'm this close to stop working on it for the following reasons:

Copy pasting added/deleted/changed strings one by one manually from original compare repository is too manual work and time consuming.
If there is a tool to automatically copy the new strings to my repository, I would love to know. It would speed up the work quite a bit.
Also a tool to delete the same string values that original repository deleted would be nice. Or it fetches all the deleted values and lists them. This would speed up the work too.
And a tool to sort the XML file by string value names to alphabetical order so I don't have to manually sort them.

What tools are you using to make your translation work easier?
Any tips would be appreciated!

You can use jBart translation parser feature to compare your translation with default values to see what's missing in your translation..

You do not need to delete or sort any strings, we do that during building process before apk recompile..

As @ingbrzy said use jbart for translation parsing. With it you can find missing strings in your repo.
For editing the xml files I'm using Notepad++, where you can sort the strings manually very easily. There are also plugins available like Compare and XML Tools.
