It says "Redmi" on the splash screen when I boot my Mi 10T, and my PC also detects it as a Redmi K30S Ultra. It probably doesn't matter, but is there a way to change this?
You can change the "redmi" on the splash screen by flashing "logo.img" from stock fastboot rom
Using TWRP or fastboot

Today I saw that a new OTA version is available. Version 12.0.3.0 for my POCO F1. Only when I press the download button, it says 'fetching download link' but nothing happens after.
The new version is not yet available to download standalone as a zip.
Any ideas?

One question, does xiaomi.eu use /cache in ext4? Once installed I only have /data in F2FS and /cache no... Is it a formatting problem from recovery or xiaomi.eu only accepts ext4 in /cache?

POCO F2 Pro, stock have data and cache to F2FS
This has nothing to do with the ROM. F2FS is officially used only for the data partition. Our ROMs are built from official recovery ROMs, where cache and data partitions are not even included, so what you see is what you got from stock.

Hello, i'm on Mi10 Android10 12.0.8 stable. Every form of video is loading up to 10s before playing it without problems (e.g. Whatsapp, Youtube, Insta, Snapchat, also videos from filemanager,...). If I reboot, everything seems normal for about an hour and then the problem starts again, videos only playing after a long loading time. I search the forum and some poeple say, that dual apps are broken, so I deactivatet it, rebooted, but the problem stays the same. Thanks for helping.

Very old problem on mi 10. Is happen every single rom.eu i used, after some time. Only fix i found: reflash rom once again ( no data loss) or apply update on new version if aviable.

Yesterday updated my Redmi K30 5G to 12.1.5.
It runs well, found only one small issue which i will report with the super wallpapers.

I understand that it's usually a downgrade instead of upgrade when switching from weekly to stable. Do I need to wipe the device if I'm installing it on devices with discontinued weeklies? Like Redmi Note 5 whose weekly was discontinued a long time ago. Do I need to wipe?

i get this erorr in twrp. i do a clean instal ,i try format data...problem still persist...now i can,t instal nothing in twrp..redmi note 8t

Just updated my Mi10 UMI from v12.2.2 to v12.2.9 without any problems! Was a little bit scared because of al problems in this thread.
Thanks developers!

Update
1. Download the v12.2.9 zip to your storage.
2. Make sure you have pattern pattern unlock (at least as a backup authentication) enabled. My primaire unlock authentication is finger print.
3. Download TWRP-3.4.2B-1206-XIAOMI10-CN-wzsx150 recovery.
4. Reboot your phone in fastboot, open adb and type 'fastboot devices' and after that 'fastboot boot twrp.img'. Remember, don't flash the recovery, only boot!
5. Wait for around 2 minutes while your phone restarts in recovery.
6. Update to v12.2.9 en wipe cache/dalvik.
7. Reboot (takes about 5 minutes). DONE!

Root
1. Download newest Magisk (v21.4) from https://magiskmanager.com/ and safe it to your storage.
2. Boot into recovery (see step 4 above).
3. Install Magisk v21.4 and reboot your phone.
4. Download newest Magisk Manager apk (v8.0.7) from link above.
5. Open Magisk Manager and check if everything is alright. DONE!

Security update: 1th december 2020
Google Play system update: 1th january 2021
SafetyNet status: PASS!
