Will there be an eu rom for Xiaomi 15 (/pro)?

Keen to know if devs are planning to make an eu rom for Xiaomi 15's upcoming release.. I heard a rumour Xiaomi might make it near impossible to unlock the bootloader in 15 going forward .

As i know Xiaomi, even if they would make unlocking impossible they would leave bootloader unlocking implementation in the bootloader, allowing to unlock with paid services like NCUNLOCK

Bootloader unlock made impossible by Xiaomi for China devices, no chance even if you pay. They don't want you to buy a cheaper Chinese device and install global rom on itand use all of the benefits on the hardware with global rom on the lower price.
