Congratulations again to the admins and developers of the eu ROM. There's a new version of the payment module that I think has solved the wallet problem, at least for now. We'll continue this cat-and-mouse war or game against Google.

Thanks to the development team for their hard work in resolving the payment issue. The new module still doesn't work with the GPay application. I tested it on a Xiaomi 14 Pro

I haven't installed anything from the global ROM, "is impossible to install apk from unofficial channels ?".
My themes app is version 7.2.9.0, is last ?
But, resetting the themes app data was helpful.

i normaly i remove and install again Gpay app, but u can performe data and cache clean as well

So far I didn't have to do anything in order to fix the issue. All I had to do was to install new version and wait a day. Maybe this time the procedure is different and we have to perform additional steps

I did cache and data clenup. Reinstall google wallet. It still recognize phone as rooted and GPay not work

It's better to accept that Gpay is not going to work. The enshittification of Google is pickup up momentum.

I also wonder, but installing an updated module occasionally was about as much tinkering I'm willing to do. Back to good old cards, until I get another phone. But the Mix 4 is such a cool phone.

That being said, it does not have Hyperos 2, so I am off topic! Lol

i'm just curious what gonna happening if you install new module by xiaomi eu if you guys just log out from google account, open settings on your phone click google click on your picture, click on manage accounts on this device, click google, down stare more, and click on remove account. After that open settings again on your phone click on Apps, Manage apps, on search bar typing google finding Google Play services 1 click Clear data on the down right corner choosing clear cache after that Manage space Clear all data, Also clear google play store cashe and data uninstall wallet after that open play store log in in your account install wallet open wallet and tell me whats gonna happaning. Are this gonna work ? or not ?
