When I bought the note 3 the vol down button was broken. Not thinking this was a big deal, I continued to try and flash the Chinese dev rom. I did something wrong and my phone is now bricked. when you try to start it, the phone shows Mi for a few seconds then restarts to try again. Then it shuts down. When connected to a computer, it has a blinking red light. It is connected to Qualcomm diagnostics port. Without a vol down button, how do I boot into fast boot so I can restore the original global rom?

Can I claim warranty for a bricked phone with a hardware problem? Can i get a refund? I bought it from hong kong. I need a response quick, i only have 5 days left to claim.
Thank you.

Try checking Flash All (YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA)
Thank you for the Response. You see, the problem is that it doesn't come up in mi flasher at all. It is in the Qualcomm Diagnostics Port. Also, my vol down button doesn't work so I'm suck there. Is there any way you can recover from that?
