My phone has ran out of battery and turned off at 0%, after charging it, the installer seem to have changed to Chinese and I get this message when installing some apps that it's not verified by Xiaomi. Dirty reinstalling the rom didn't help. I'm running HOS 1.0.3.0 (xeu) on marble

It doesn't affect anything. It's typical MIUI/HOS behaviour. If you want an app to show notifications consistently, add it to autostart.

Xiaomi.eu doesn't include twrp. If you need it, flash it yourself
