New [2.7.6][SGS-2] Cannot enter wi-fi network details on currently connected network

When the phone is connected to a wi-fi network, it is impossible to enter or change any of sub-setting (network detail) of this network. The process "Settings" will always crash with a message "Settings has stopped".

In the MIUI report I can see the NullPointerException at com.android.settings.wifi.MiuiWifiConfigController.getWpsConfig(MiuiWifiConfigController.java:433) ...

On an unconnected network, the network details enter is fine.
