Yes I try a "none" option, but same problem, App Valut don't work on minus one screen, and other problems are solved, but when I power on app Valut in minus one screen same error shows, actually when power on the screen is blank, and must press home or menu button to get apps, It's so annoying, that's hapend on 20.1.16 & 20.1.21. Update! I am back on 20.1.9. And everything works well and fine!

edite mixer_paths.xml como mi captura de pantalla de 84 a 92 guardar y después de reiniciar
disfruta de nuevo el volumen de llamadas entrantes

Quiero hacer lo mismo que indicaste en mi Xiaomi mi9 pro 5g. En la misma ruta que indicas, Solo en la lista:
mixer_paths_overlay_static.xml
mixer_paths_pahu.xml
mixer_paths_tavil.xml
Solo en mixer_paths_pahu.xml encontré algo similar a lo que usted indica:

I want to do the same as you indicated on my Xiaomi mi9 pro 5g. In the same route that you indicate, Only in the list:

With root browser going to system-vendor-etc
edit mixer_paths.xml like my screenshot from 84 to 92 save and after reboot
enjoy again the incoming call volume

Which version do you refer?
In 21"v1" i did notice it on first day, but on full charge on second day everything seemed normal again. Phone daily use was about the same.

I have the same problem (https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/20-1-16-21-v2.54300/post-526737). The only thing that helped me was formatting the data partition in twrp. Since then the phone boots normally.
I see that rev. 20.1.21 was cancelled.
Have you idea if it's coming a new update to solve previous issue or not?

It would be a wise idea just to wait. If you have issues that persist, it may be worth considering switch to the stable MIUI roms as they have been well tested and you should not see as many problems. In terms of an ETA on the cancelled update, it could be either Xiaomi.eu or the rom developers at Xiaomi which may have messed something up. In either case, it could take a while to resolve. Just check back in a couple days. Please remember that these people are volunteers and do not get paid for the work they do. Hence it would not be reasonable to keep bugging them about it. Just let them work it out.
The same on max 3 on v2 before was ok

Format data includes clearing the internal storage. I made that mistake when downgrading from 20.1.16 to 9.12.27.
