Clean install ( wipe data/cache/dalvik ) with twrp TWRP-3.3.1-0110-XIAOMI8LITE-CN-wzsx150 .
Until now, i haven't found big bugs except the usual problem with google backup, but, following this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-8/how-to/guide-google-backup-waiting-to-backup-t3895101 , I fixed it.
Maybe a shorter battery life than android 9, but not too much.
For me this rom work well.

Same here. I don't know what causes it. However, disabling AOD seems to make it significantly more reliable. Messages, navigation and music all works fine so far.

feedback about mi8 dipper
dirty flash with built in installer

still issues with location: i spent a whole day outside and only a few placed were noted
plus an app linked to a pc app reports often I'm in the wrong location

again issues with bold fonts: letters are not so "thick" as they should

gmail app does not load new msgs in the background continously. i must open the app the see if there are new emails

UI is lagging on RN7 lavender. Going to recent apps is kinda okay, but when opening a folder it's really noticeable. I don't know if you guys can fix this or it's a general MIUI problem. Other than this it's great!

After the installation of this new version ;
1) Battery drains very fast
2)Have problem with networking, second sim continuesly disappear, then appear again.
when switching to 3G the internet working very slow, and sometimes even stops to work.
GPS also is not recognisable on 3G

I had Chinese localized version before MIUI10 for a long time, I wished to update it, but didn't have time to backup things and so on.
Two days ago I have installed finally MIUI 11 from this forum, firstly I like it , but 50% of my backups didn't work in this version and i needed to download all APPS again.
Then I have discovered that here also update is workable and it is great and I got this new version. And since this I have problems with connection:
I switch to 3G and the signal is very weak , GPS stucks, WIFI doesn't work also.
When use 4G it better, but still the signal straight is very weak.
Sometimes also second sim disappears suddenly.

Before miui10 worked smoothly, even on 3G it worked just slightly slower than 4G

One question... Is the Google Play System Update (for security) a fake? Because everytime i try to update to January security patches 2020 and then i reboot my device... well it just reverts back to 1 December 2019. Mi MIX 3 (perseus)

Don't use AOD, but previous version was broken even without Aod. AA caused phone to reboot after a while and everything was laggy. Now AA is fixed, haven't tried with AOD on.

No, it's a real update and it should be keep installed after reboot. Maybe you have Magisk with a Magisk module causing that issue.
