Not enough info about your actual ROM:
Stable or Weekly? Xiaomi.eu or Official ROM?
So you can update without wipes. ^^I have been on eu weekly...
1. Yes.Hi, I have the Redmi Note 8 (ginkgo) and I have several questions.
1. Is it possible for me to dirty flash this EU ROM 20.6.17 over EU ROM 20.3.26?
2. Dirty flashing is just wiping cache and dalvik right?
3. Is there a high possibility for me to lose data?
Thanks!
Don't know.Hey @Poney70 want to ask you about WhatsApp bug sometimes it shows the names but sometimes only shows the numbers is there any external fix or it is still known bug?
1. Yes.
2. Wiping Cache and Dalvik is not needed but it doesn't hurt to do that.
3. Low possibility like every ROM updates.
If it were just a miui upgrade from 11 to 12 you could do a dirty flash. But the experience showed by a Android version change it is always better to do a clean flash without to restore settings, to get less problems/bugs as possible and a smooth deviceI use ginkgo, Q update was just released, can I just dirty flash the MIUI 12 android 10 update over my MIUI 11 Android 9 ?
That is a Bug, which exists since the first Miui 12 Beta version. As it is only an annoying display error and nothing functional, i asume it has no high priority. But i'm sure they will fix it before the stable version come out.Does someone know why in the "battery usage stats" it shows only the last 24 hours roughly? Not only the graph but also every single app in the list under the graph is showing the usage time for the last 24h. How can I see the whole usage time since the last charge for every app other then for the phone itself?
Thanks
You got yourself a Global-exclusive device. You'll only see Stable releases once in a while, not Weeklies. Will there ever be a firmware version for Redmi Note 8T (willow)?

I like It too, but ScreenshotThis version so far most smooth on my MI8 although the battery drain kinda headaches thanks developers
No difference between OTA update and dirty flash. EU OTA automatically install ROM update in TWRP.So, what the different between dirty flash and EU OTA update? Is that the same step when we update the weekly build?
high battery consumption or RAM from system,...take a look on synchronization (Google account or mi etc), tap on synch now or remove and add account againI like It too, but Screenshot
