Just type "Full screen display" in the search Bar under settings.

After long use. Full screen geasture wont work on Chrome. İ have to shut down the display and then its working again.

Ok for OpenGL but Vulkan it's still 1.1.66.
I flashed OpenGL-V@454.0_Vulkan-1.1.128_flashable-treble-v2.0.zip from recovery after mounted system & vendor.

Check the system which drivers are used in /vendor/lib64/hw and /vendor/lib/hw
I also have a device based on Adreno 509 (Mi Max 3).
But the system uses drivers for sdm660 instead of sdm636. After installing OpenGL & Vulkan for sdm660, the version was updated.

Whats your device? I see not lag on control center just a nice fluid animation. I'm on a Mi 8 running latest weekly and I'm curious to see how much better graphics get to some that have updated their drivers. I think I'll stay away from that mode for now.

Mi note 10 (Tucana). Its not a gross lag, its more like in the beggining and in the end of the animation, there is a little "jump" in the blurring effect. You have to pay some atention to see it. Its more noticeable if you look to small letters (like the ones under the icons of the launcher)
Ive seen that effect on other devices on YouTube reviews and i think its xoaomi's fault

You can deactivate dark mode for some apps. For example I deactivated dark mode for Twitter and used the build in dark mode from twitter.

I dont know where is the bug section. But on v. 20.6.18 of mi9t pro, most of the time i have a notification from the updater that says "App is running in background... Hold to disable "Background Service" notification!". It's unremovable unless you clear all the recent apps with the cross but it appears again a few moments later. If any moderator considers that my post shouldnt be here pls tell me where to post it. Thank you.

in the permissions management of the advanced settings of the application you only need to disable the Updater background service.
