Feels like the battery stats app doesn't not work properly. It showed 2m usage in 1 hour where I was using youtube for much more. Currently sits at like 50 something minutes of sot with battery at 75% but I'm pretty sure that I've used the phone for much more than that.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the phone is Mi 9t

I'm on Mi 9T and I'm having deep sleep issues too. My device enters deep sleep just sometimes...

This time I chose for a clean install, everything is very good out of a little problem that probably is not related to the rom but to Chrome browser. When I try to do a long screenshot in a page of Chrome (in each other context that works well) the screenshot is a normal, short screenshot. Somebody else have this problem?
This is chrome issue. Try with Miui or other browser

Hi… I wrote something to the wipe system topic. Didnt you read it?

0 make a backup
1 wipe dalvic, cache if you want
2 format data
3 copy miui.eu and flash it
4 restore your data
5 enjoy

Regards Kater
Thanks for your quiet reply.
I followed this procedure and I felt good:
1 flash of the latest official EEA miui by mi flash pro
2 installation of twrp by adb tools
3 reboot to twrp and format data
4 reboot recovery , copy miui.eu, install it
5 copy magisk and flash it
6 wipe cache and dalvik and reboot system.

Hi,thanks for the new beta ^-^

One bug I found with this release is that on Mi 8 Dipper, the security app has only AVL as source now, and it doesn't update the signatures when I try to.

On what basis have you decided that this is a bug? Avast was officially removed.

Nope thought of that, but I "decided" to go on bug assumption because it's also not updating.

There was two suspect factors (only one source, but select button still active, and not updating). So it was maybe not so far fetch to jump on possible bug.

I posted first to see if I was the only one with that "bug"

As I know for sure now about that news about Avast, I can say I'm only facing a "problem".

Maybe it's just server down on part of AVL.

Hey guys - sorry If I am just dumb but I have to ask : isnt there a update for Mi 8 ( dipper ) as well ?

With dark mode the menu names in the settings are flickering by lowest display light (Mi9).

I reverted to an APK from 20.7.27 to restore Avast support. Updating works fine as well now. We'll use this in the next release. Perhaps they removed Avast because it was only available for Global ROMs, so was technically unused on China ROM, but not sure what's going on with AVL. In any case, issue resolved for now.

Mi8SE user, update done, very nice update. No daily problems here. Thanks to developers.
NOTE: No update security AVL.

After day and half I can confirm that Mi 9T Pro finally stays in deep sleep when FOD is turned on. This is first build after 20.7.2 where deep sleep works normally. Thank you devs!

Hey guys,
Flashed the 20.7.30 yesterday from miui 11 global (unlocked bootloader and everything) battery life is a HUUUGE improvement from global (I can finally enjoy the perks of the 5260mAh battery of my cc9 pro). I just noticed on thing that's quite annoying, when the dark theme is activated all the colours are messed up in many apps (invisible buttons, dark gray buttons on black background, inverted colours, etc...) is that normal?

edit: added some quick screenshots the "lol" is on telegram.

Hi! That's because the new Dark Mode from MIUI, that forces all apps to a dark theme even if they don't have one. But you can disable individual apps to avoid this issue. Go to Display -> Dark Mode -> Individual apps and uncheck those you don't want to be forced. It's not a ROM issue, but a new feature thing. Hope it helps you ;)

Still working here also!
But this raises a lot of doubts since the changelog for this release doesn't mention anything related to this issue...
Seems like this thing is very random and not under control and can pop up again at any time.
