MIUI 12.1 20.8.13

Hello everyone,
After installing last xiaomi.eu rom for MI8, device shows MIUI logo and not boot.
I have been waiting for 15 minutes so far and nothing.
What goes wrong?

You already had eu-rom installed before?

If not, read first post again, with care.
If yes, then re-flash the rom and Reboot without flashing anything else (aka magisk).

This started happening to me as well since the last week update. Never happened before to be honest.
Now I don't get WhatsApp/Viber notifications unless I unlock my phone first.
Also Mi 8.

Had the same problem on my Mi9TPro.
With the latest update of WhatsApp the problem is gone
